1. Responsible for E2E Recruitment

2. Responsible for providing good quality candidates to the businesss.

3. Capable of handling the clients.

4. Must know how to do Job Posting, Bulk Mailing.

5. Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting from Job Portals.

6. Must have extensively worked on Job Portals- Naukri, Monster, IIMjobs other specific interest portals.

7. Format resumes meeting client expectations.

8.Follow up with candidates and client and maintain records of progress.

Salary range - 8-10 LPA
