Salary Range: 12 - 14 LPA  - Assist in the planning and implementation of a recruiting strategy, resulting in the appropriate level of applicant flow necessary to fill designated open job requisitions.  Managing end to end recruitment activities :  - Local & Overseas related to the lower, middle & senior level positions.   - Responsible to take appropriate action for all Company and Contractors Staff Hiring to close their manpower requirement.  - Responsible for creating, executing and monitoring the strategy for assigned requisitions. Preparing a realistic manpower requirement forecast and make appropriate and strategic resource planning and action, as to where and how to acquire sufficient number of qualified workforce to meet and sustain the manpower requirement of end-users at the right time and at the right place.  - Source, prescreen, qualify and present competent candidates against current and upcoming job requisitions from divisions and clients.  - Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and - closing-   - Establish and manage effective relationships with the Hiring Managers and with the HR/Recruiting Staff.  - Compile and maintain a database for local and international recruitment advertising agencies and on-line sites that provide recruitment services.   - Coordinate with overseas recruiting agencies & provide them by required documentations to finalize the employment procedures for international employees.   - Perform requisition creation and candidate tracking utilizing the applicant tracking database.  - Provide general staffing metrics and reports to management.  - Supervise the team for all types of visa documentation viz. Employment Agreement, Demand Letter, Power of Attorney.  - Supervise recruitment staff for necessary attestation from COC, MOFA, EWAKALA and Embassies.  - Mentor and assist in the training and development of junior members of the recruiting team.  - Direct and lead the day-to-day recruiting team activities.   - Supervise and ensure the timely preparation of letter of appointment, Job offer, Visa/Ticket & contract for new hires.   - Maintain and develop a solid application data base and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.   - Performs other related duties to maximize the overall effectiveness of the group, as required.  Other Responsibilities :  - Maintain recruitment data and statistics, provide regular updates to management on progress of recruitment.  - Deliver an exceptional recruitment service resulting in reduced costs, better hiring decisions, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in process.  - Formulate aggressive recruitment strategy and techniques to minimize recruitment cost.  - Spearhead campaigns and sourcing initiative for effective candidate pooling Coordinates with recruitment agencies.  - Proactively monitor client requirement trends to enable changing department/client needs.  - ISO Compliance & Audit  Competencies :  - Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels as needed  - Highly effective communicator to all levels within a complex and culturally diverse organization  - Cultural sensitivity; politically and socially tolerant  - Able to quickly assimilate into a dynamic environment  - Entrepreneurial, idea-driven person and pro-active problem solver  - Proficient with the MS Office Suite  - Familiarity with an applicant tracking software  - Decision making skills, Excellent Interviewing skills.  - Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.   Work Experience Requirements :  - 8 - 12 years professional personnel experience in HR and overseas recruitment   - SAP ERP experience will be added advantage.  Education Requirements/Qualifications :  Bachelor's degree with emphasis in human resources, business administration, management, psychology or a related field
