They are looking for Dynamic Recruitment Manager how will help them out with strategy & executing the same.
- Experience of 5+ years as a Lead with team handling responsibilities. Having relevant IT recruitment experience & exposure to international Recruitment exposure is a +
- Ability to advice on recruitment methods and market information.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills
- Familiar with working in fast paced and performance driven cultural environment
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
- Capable of handling high level of responsibility and autonomy
- Outstanding communication (written & spoken) and presentation skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office tools
Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and strategizing recruitment plan to hire quality talent pool within timelines
- Lead a team of 5 +recruiters and enable them to onboard quality talent and give an excellent candidate experience
- Developing recruiting strategies to ensure quick closures and use cost-effective tools and sources
- Training employees, setting recruiting goals, implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies align with the organization's policies and goals.
- Managing seamless recruitment work flow for team members
- Engaging with stakeholders i.e. business managers on a regular basis
- Relationship manager for our different sources/vendors for hiring
- Champion end to end campus hiring process
- Creative/Innovative bent of mind towards improving efficiency in recruitment process
- Adept in analysis and report formulation
- Exposure to Background verification process handling
