About our Client :

- Our client is one of the leading international education firms with a solid global presence. They are looking to hire a Recruitment specialist in India that is going to manage the end to end talent Acquisition for India and Shared services.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Head HR - South Asia, you will be responsible for :

- Working as a lead towards identifying and sourcing the right candidates through strategic mix of various channels

- Work closely with Director and head of departments while working on multiple recruitment strategies while hiring for cross functional teams

- Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing, reviewing, interviewing to offer and finally on boarding process.

- Build strong pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India and across all cross functional teams.

- Exercise cost saving strategies within the business and develop relationships with the business

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition stakeholders and external search vendors while working on niche recruitment needs to incorporate best practices and recruitment programs

- Work towards resolving new employee queries and ensuring appropriate induction and documentation

The Successful Candidate :

As a successful candidate :

- You should have strong 8+ years of recruitment experience with excellent sourcing and social media profiling skills

- Strong experience of 5-6 years in Pan India recruitment is mandatory

- Candidates with MBA/Equivalent Diploma/ Professional degree in Human Resources should apply

- Should have handled end to end recruitment process along with strong team management skills across functional teams

- Must have the experience of working with multiple stakeholders and in a fast paced environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (well spoken and written English skills) is mandatory

- Good proficiency on excel and working across multiple spreadsheets is preferred
