Recruitment Manager - BFSI

We are currently looking for a Managerial Level position in recruitments based at Chennai with a leading BFSI organisation

Required experience of 8-11 yrs with full time MBA in recruitment

Role involves:

- Handling recruitment for BFSI divison

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support.

- Working on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
