Designation: Manager-Recruitment
Reports to AVP-Recruitment and play an Individual contributor role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To meet all the hiring targets on time
- To ensure all new migration & backfill recruitments are as per the SLA
- To hire from the best & the most cost effective channels
- To hire the best quality of resources, thereby positively impacting the business
- To improve the customer & candidate satisfaction index
- To build and strengthen relations with internal & external customers
- To improve the quality of the team by regular coaching & guidance
- To optimize the channel contributions & monitor performance
- To manage external vendors & monitor performance
- To abide by the Group Compliance Policy by containing compliance risk in conjunction with the relevant Compliance
- To meet the hiring requirements in a dynamic environment & to monitor the demand & supply side.
- Meet the requirements as per the SLA and to maintain an active pool of candidates both internal & external to meet the targets at the shortest possible time in an effective manner
- External & internal hiring across all levels & all functions
Desired Profile:
- 7-9 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience in Investment Banking/Equities domain
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end activities includes Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, Planning till closures
- Strong communications skills
- Willing to work as Individual contributor
- Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
