Job Description

- Responsible for lateral & Leadership hiring across domain for ITES industry – BPO / KPO & Shared services

- Have to handle Sr management level positions across ITES domains –High value & Exclusive Mandates

- End to End compensation & Consultative engagements with the client

- Would be responsible in account Management, Solution Consulting

- Working with Senior Candidates and Clients on a regular basis.

- Provide Consulting Services to Clients looking at entering India.

- Work with a strong team of recruiters in building strong HR practices in the industry.
