Functions

Research:

- Study JOB ADD

- Research and prepare search map

- International Job postings

- Operations - Head hunting

- Screening Profiles

- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods

- Apply a thorough knowledge of the recruitment life cycle to fill positions efficiently

- Conduct telephony interviews

- Conduct personal interviews if possible/Video interviews

- Prepare analytical/assessment report on each candidature

Candidate presentation and Client – Candidate coordination

Negotiate terms with candidate as per client’s requisites.

AGE - 26 – 35 years.

Preferred locations: India, Spain, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Africa, South East Asia, Middle East & Gulf.

As a CONSULTANT, you will work in partnership with the pre-sales and services team to deliver our client's Senior Search requirements.

As a CONSULTANT, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Well organized, you must be self-motivated and a good team player. Adjust your working hours with international time zone. Good time management and outstanding interviewing skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Strong result and detail orientation.
