Recruitment Consultant

Job Description : Suitable candidate shall manage multiple accounts, will help in generating leads for newer business,

- Shall manage revenue targets for self and team

Desired Profile:

- You shall be responsible for handling the entire recruitment cycle , shall prepare hiring strategy, align the team and distribute workload

- Ensure closure of requisitions within the agreed SLA's

- Understand client requirements - create JD's for respective job openings accordingly

- Shortlist and screen profiles for the clients

- Coordinating interviews.

- You should be well versed with different methods of sourcing like referencing, headhunting, portal , mapping etc.

- Responsible for P& L Budget.

- Strong Leadership and excellent Communication skills

PS : This is an internal position with us, salary not an issue for the right candidate
