We at RB are looking for a PO1 Supply Project Manager who will be responsible for the supporting and enabling the implementation of Brand growth projects (NPD/EPD) for a power brand in the Area by managing the timelines and requirements from markets and Factories.   Working with the PO1 team you will support the delivery of the growth vision of the Brand by implementing a successful project management and Market delivery for NPDs / EPDs and new projects.   SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :    - Manage and monitor projects (/NPD/EPD) from a Supply functional perspective to ensure delivery of agreed deliverables and success criteria;  - Collect and coordinate all markets and PO1 requirements and coordinate delivery of the requirements with the factories;  - Attends NPD Project meetings, add value to the discussion from the supply point of view, commit with actions to drive project implementation and follow through during the execution;  - Ensures the required master data is delivered to the Supply Services teams in markets on time as required to populate customer logistics systems.   - Establish relationships across the Supply and Commercial teams in all markets to ensure customer expectations are met.  - Manage Complexity reduction projects as assigned by the GCSR;  - Manage cost reduction projects such as Squeezes (FUEL) and other projects as assigned by the GCSR;  - Prepare monthly reports providing clear and updated status of NPDs, EPDs, and FUEL projects being managed;   EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB :    - Previous experiences in Manufacturing roles as Supply Planning and Management of local EPDs / NPDs;  - Project Management skills indispensable for this position;   - Global comprehension of the Supply Chain, how it works, functions and responsibilities;  - Advanced knowledge at Microsoft Office applications as Excel and Power Point;  - Basic knowledge about product costing structure;  - Proactive and clear oral and written communication related to business topics;  - Team spirit to deal with different stakeholders in manufacturing, supply chain and marketing;   - Fluent English;   ABOUT RB :   RB is different : Good enough isn't good enough here.   RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company.
