We at RB are looking for Regional HR Head. This role is an opportunity for an HR Professional to define, secure key sponsorship and implement an agenda that leads to leadership pipeline development for RB South Asia and onward globally.   The role holder would be the custodian, subject matter expert of performance management, leadership training, mentoring, diversity, succession planning, training and development systems across all levels for three key geographies - India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.  One of the key elements of the company culture is Outperformance. South Asia has outperformed comparators, both peer organisations in the region, as well as other peer regions, within RB globally. This theme of winning at the marketplace is a vital factor that the role holder can leverage towards building the organisation momentum on leadership development.   RESPONSIBILITIES :   The role would be responsible for :  - Embedding all aspects of the performance management system in the organisation including goal setting, mid-year review, end year assessment, supporting the HR Business Partners as they drive this in their functions  - Talent Assessment (long term view) and development plan for all (through HRBPs). Towards the same, the role holder will personally implement  - . Facilitation of company leadership programs - Embark (for entry level managers), Elevate (for first time manager of managers), and Accelerate (for identified leaders/ women managers) including administering the 360 feedback to all participants.  - Provide support in identifying and putting into action coaching and mentoring relationships for identified key talent  - Leading the Career development process for all the employees (India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka) across functions for Managerial as well as non-managerial roles. It will be co-led along with the respective HR Business Partners.  - Owning and driving the company diversity initiative - DARE  - Promoting the user adoption of some key organisation IT systems in this space - myCareer, myLearning   PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES :   11 - 13 years- professional experience in a leading organisation, the ideal candidate should- ve had extensive exposure to either this function, as COE in their current organisation or implementation as an HRBP. We would look at the organisations the incumbent has worked in, gathered exposure and the first-hand experience of talent and leadership development in the roles done.  We are not particular about the qualifications or industry; high quality experience is what we are looking for.    PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :   - This role has no direct reports and assistants. The role holder would work through shared resources in the team, peers like other HR team members, line managers, Directors.   - The person should have the ability and confidence to think, implement, identify and course correct quickly through the course of this role.   - Success would lead to the role holder being considered for an HR Leadership Role globally.
