We at RB are looking for Production Planning Lead who shall report into Factory Director - Uttaranchal.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Production Updates - To check daily production at plant, production adherence Vs loaded plan, production output Vs capacity etc. This includes Copacks as well.  - Day to Day issue resolution - To monitor the production adherence and to accommodate the Change in Plan/Change in Demand including concerns on materials/system issues etc -- to take decisions on daily basis  - Service Call Report - To monitor the alerts for OOS SKUs and to document the Root Cause and Action Plans for the OOS SKUs at CFA Level. This is also required to lead the Service call every week  - Production Plans Rollout - Preparing production plans basis the demand release and rolling to Factories. To ensure teams are aligned for the material requirements  - Pre S&OP Meeting & Inputs - To list down all the supply constraints for the Pre SnOP discussion after discussing with Plant team for the month LV and next month critical production  - Promos Coordination - To discuss on promo readiness and feasibility for the promos in the coming months. Readiness from packaging/manufacturing feasibility/PM availability etc  - RCCP (Manufacturing/Mould/Machines) - RCCP exercise for different brand and categories basis the month wise demand volume, aligning with Plant and Procurement teams. This also include sourcing mix including Copacks  - FC 1,2,3 (Updates on Rolling Production) - Rolling plan basis the commercial plan for FC1,2,3  - FP 201X Year (Next Year Sourcing Plan) - To provide Sourcing Inputs for the annual Financial Plan activity  - Online Approval Tools (OAS/Fast SKU/TW) - For processing of approvals for Codes/PI/Promotions etc  - Coordination for NPD/EPDs - Coordination for NPDs/EPDs with SE and Plant team  - Liquidating PM to avoid WO - To coordinate with Plant Procurement and Brand team to avoid WO of materials by providing visibility to all for the coming month demand  - Training Programs and Development - To participate in various Training Programs as and when rolled out which includes Safety/Quality/SNP tool etc. And for the development of self and Team   PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES   - BE + Masters in Business Administration from a Top Tier Institute  - Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in handling planning and familiarity with business processes in FMCG space   - Sales & Marketing/Supply Chain process knowledge is desired  - Ability to handle Project Management, lead teams and understand databases and IT systems   PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES   - Should be proactive, ability to think independently as well as contribute in cross functional teams  - Ability to multitask and delegate work effectively  - Strong character to effectively collaborate across function   ABOUT RB   RB is different : Good enough isn't good enough here.   RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company.
