RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES  The main responsibilities include the following:  - To ensure GST Compliance at PAN India level i.e. GST Return Filing etc.  - Co-ordination with all RB Location (Factories + CFA + Region Office etc.) for collation of required information for GST Return Filing  - Co-ordination with ASP-GSP/Consultants for providing timely + requisite information   - Resolving the reconciliation issues of GST Data with respect to all RB Location as highlighted by ASP/GSP  - To assist in Tax Computation and Tax Credit Utilization+ Assistance in working out the input tax credit reversals  - Assistance in applying the balances from GSTN in respect of ITC credits and the Cash ledger towards the tax liability  - Review of the tax return from the perspective of appropriateness of disclosures  - To ensure ISD Compliance under GST which may include   a) Preparing the basis of allocation of ISD credits to Company units on the base of data available from the Company  b) Calling GSTR 6A (services inward summary) from GSTN and reconcile the same with the services inward register and providing the mismatch reports to Company for the remedial action  c) Preparing GSTR 6 (ISD return) with the desired additional information and share the GSTR 6 final summary with the Company for digitally signing the same.  - To assist in dealing with tax and appellate authorities in connection with the assessment and other proceedings. This may include working in close coordination with the external consultants depending on the assignments.  SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE  The role holder primarily interacts with the Various Functions at the Corporate Office, Regional Offices and factories.  Externally, interaction mainly takes place with the Consultants and statutory auditors.   KEY CHALLENGES  - The challenge for the role holder is to effectively coordinate with other functions to ensure GST Compliance.   PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE  - CA with First Attempt  - 3 to 4 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma Sector Environment/Big 4 [Indirect Tax Compliance]  - Understanding of GST, Service Tax, Excise, VAT etc.  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  - Track record of delivery, goal oriented, sets clear priorities and meet deadlines  - Highly organized with ability to prioritize. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.  - People management - Proven experience in leading managing and developing teams, able to influence people of all levels   - Excellent communication skills   - Strong analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect data, analyse and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements
