Advising Wealth client on Real Estate.

Building on developer relations and identifying attractive investment options and executing them within specified time lines

Evaluating investment opportunities for Investors across bulk deals with developers, pre-leased assets and residential properties

Identifying and evaluating solutions for existing properties owned by the clients

Coordinating with Wealth Managers and executing transactions and re-transactions

2 to 6 years of real estate broking experience.

Candidate needs to have good understanding of Indian Real Estate Market.

Excellent Communication skills is a Must.

Post Graduation in Marketing is Preferred.
