Speaking of rankings, we scored a perfect 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index.  What's the role?   This role is responsible for managing all aspects of HR, learning and development, recruitment and payroll, ensuring service excellence, accuracy, control, and compliance across the business from both a strategic as well as operational perspective. This is a fully generalist role with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, talent management and learning and development.  Core Duties and Responsibilities:   Business Partner   - HR Business Partner to the leadership team to assist and advice on all people issues   - Be a key point of contact for the agency on day to day HR issues  - Set the HR strategy for the organisation in line with global and international HR strategy and deliver against that  - Assist Leadership team with their teams and departments to ensure that all employees have a best in class experience within the organisation.  - Work closely with the International HRD to ensure that all of the above are met.  Learning and Development:  - Promote a Learning & Development Culture within the agency  - Key person in assisting managers in evaluating training needs and provide them with the resources to deliver training through: On the job coaching; Internal group training sessions; and/or external group training sessions  - Coach managers in relation to having training and career development discussions with their teams  - Coordinate and deliver training sessions/workshops on topics relevant to the business/developmental needs of staff  - Assist and set up the Training calendar for the year as well as plans for individual teams  Recruitment:  - Coach and advise managers on recruitment best practice, selection and interviewing  - Coach HR team and managers to increase the effectiveness of Company hiring practices and quality of hires  - Develop relationships with outside resources (recruitment agencies)  - Take active part in all Senior level hires and work with leadership team to ensure we are securing the best talent in the market  - Build a pipeline of talent across the organisation, constantly evaluating market and mapping talent.  Employee Relations:  - Promote good employee relations practices within the company and ensure compliance with India employment law   - Managing restructures, disciplinaries, grievances, and other ER issues, as necessary  - Coach managers on how to effectively deal with capability and conduct issues and create a culture that is professional without taking away the individuality of the agency  Performance Management:  - Managing the annual performance review process, providing advice and guidance to managers as well as driving the performance, salary review and promotion process through to completion.   - Provide training, coaching and act as a point of contact for the annual performance and development review process  - Provide coaching and counselling to managers on performance and capability related issues   - Assist managers in developing and following through on performance improvement plans encouraging and supporting them to pro-actively manage any performance issues   - Put Talent Reviews in place for all employees  Compensation and Benefits:   - Ensure that the company adheres to and follows a competitive and correct Compensation and Benefits Philosophy  - Work with the US compensation team to assess compensation levels for new jobs and positions  - Manage monthly promotion request process including making recommendations on compensation in line with market rates and data   - Manage annual benefits review and recommend improvements to Company benefits and the total reward package(s) offered to employees.   Other:  - Line management of team  - Participate in projects and initiatives that are led internationally to align and harmonise with global initiatives and practices.  Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:  Essential:  - Proven track record at a similar level ideally in a technology company with a high ratio of engineers working on cutting edge technologies.  - Has the gravitas to be able to have Leadership team discussions and partner with the business on strategic issues  - Solutions based and pragmatic approach to solving HR issues  - Results driven and able to work under pressure - be the initiator and driver of initiatives rather than just an implementer  - Excellent, facilitator, mediator and strong experience of managing employee relations matters through to a successful resolution   - Expert knowledge of India employment law and HR best practice  - Flexible and adaptable team player with a supportive attitude towards the team   - Superior communication and listening skills   - Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously   - Supervisor/line management experience  - Degree in Human Resources or equivalent   Kindly forward CVs with compensation & notice period details  We'll call candidates with the closest fit to our requirements.  HR Team @Razorfish (Publicis Groupe)
