Position Responsibilities :   - Analyse financial statements for the Retail Asset Group and identify revenue and cost leakages  - Assist in preparing financial budgets for the Retail Asset Group  - Monitor income earned and cost incurred month-on-month with respect to the budget  - Co-ordinate with the central finance team to make corrections if any  - Recommend ways to reduce cost or enhance income  - Create valuation models for portfolio purchase  - Program management  - Tracking of other internal items as and when required  - Create dashboards and presentations to be published to senior management  Qualifications and Experience Requirement :   Qualifications : CA / MBA   Experience : Minimum 3 years prior banking experience (or in a similar role)   Competency Requirements :  Technical Skills :  - Financial Statement Analysis : Sound understanding of accounting and financial statements (P&L, Cost lines, Income lines Ratio analysis), MIS   - Software : Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  - Banking products : Sound understanding of loan products  Behavioural Skills :   - Solution oriented : Pro-active, focussed on end-to-end solutions, adherence to TATs
