A. Position Purpose   - Head the Wealth Management Project for the Business as a Business Solutions head in Retail Liabilities BSG  B. Position Responsibilities  Key Responsibilities:  1. Managing the Process and System solutions implementation for Wealth Management Business  2. Work closely with Business and Operations for implementation of the processes  3. Review the changes happening in the Industry and implement ideas and innovation for the Business in the Wealth Management Domain  4. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in process and system implementation  5. Ensuring Quality testing and should have full control on the project implementation  C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement  Qualifications: Graduate minimum  Experience Essential:.   - Experience of 8-10 years in Financial Services with minimum 5 years experience in Investments domain.   - Experience in managing Retail Investments and Insurance Operations for a Banking firm or AMCs / Insurance company  - Understanding of the regulatory guidelines around Mutual Funds and Insurance Distribution  - Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities as part of the job.   - Should be able to document end to end process for the product for the Bank.  D. Competency Requirements  a. Technical Skills  Skill Attribute  - Investments and Insurance systems. Should have good understanding of the systems on Wealth Management  b.
