RADISE International - Manager - Marketing

Job Responsibilities :

- Participate in creating a marketing plan that will support the corporate strategic initiatives

- Plan product launches and positioning with the sales team

- Drive key short- and long-term growth initiatives closely with sales team

- Work with Marketing teams to develop the collateral required for target customer segments

- Align and influence cross-functional organization around key advertising initiatives

- Research to identify market trends

- Build brand awareness, ideal client models, and a message matrix

- Create and execute targeted campaigns using marketing automation platforms

- Create and execute outbound email campaigns

- Create and execute inbound lead generation plans

- Manage company's social media strategies

- Manage company's web presence. Including SEO, SEM, and key word strategies

- Create and manage lead nurturing processes

- Create a process for calculating a Net Promoter Scoring initiative

- Manage process of creating compelling stories by using visual mediums and creating compelling visual diagrams.

Qualifications :

- Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time

- Experience with all aspects of Social Media and SEO

- Track record of developing and implementing successful Lead Generation campaigns/processes

- Structured thinking, communication and overall processes and approach

- Strong problem-solver and ability to drive relationships across the organization

- Ability to create strong, visual, marketing materials from technical concepts and designs

- Ability to assist with visuals and responses to RFPs

- Ability to project manage team members and contractors to implement marketing plan, campaigns, digital media, and special projects

- Demonstrated experience in identifying client needs and wants and creating compelling marketing messages, materials, and campaigns to address those needs

- Strong understanding of the construction and material testing industry and the key associated trends working with GEO Tech, CEI and/or CMT strongly desired
