Purpose: Manage a L&D framework that are aligned to the strategic plans of the organisation and supports the ENIL culture. Assisting in the continuous development of competent, capable and committed people.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Undertake regular employee communication surveys to measure & improve Org culture indicators  - Develop and drive OD interventions, aimed at impacting Talent & Organisational Capabilities  - Liason with Business to create Content aimed at imparting domain knowledge to the teams in a cost effective manner  - Over the long term, evaluate the market for adoption of a effective Learning Management system  - Communicate and market training programs to ensure there is high business awareness and commitment to investment.   - Develop and execute the annual plan for L&D  - Training Effectiveness: Continuously source and implement effective training evaluation methods that focus on ROI rather than training activity measurements that create the best ROI, while maintaining acceptable quality levels  - Reporting and Records: Manage the reporting for training investment and records that enable ENIL to have an accurate understanding of training activity  - Induction: Manage induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with ENIL's business, policy and culture.  Key Skills  - Understanding Key Business Drivers  - Presentation skills (excellent)   - Facilitation and training skills (excellent)   - Good skills for understanding adult learning   - Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)   - Communication skills, spoken and written  - High Curiosity Quotient
