Duties and responsibilities :   Controller function :   - Ensuring Financial, Legal and Statutory compliances of the Company  - Monthly MIS, Annual budgets, financial modelling, business plans and investors reporting.  - Prepare OPEX/CAPEX analysis of variances and reporting for regular review sessions involving various stakeholders.   - Spear head the fund raising process for debt and equity funding for the company.  - Represent the company with investment bankers and investors   - Manage and control the day-to-day legal requirements of the Company  - Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile   - Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry   - Construct and monitor reliable control systems   - Maintain appropriate insurance coverage   - Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements   - Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies   - Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors   - Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations   - Actual cost monitoring and driving necessary controls to drive productivity   - Conceptualizing, planning and creating systems & processes, SOPs and internal controls  - Managing revenue, AR, collections and treasury operations  Requirements :   - CA/ MBA Finance/ PGDM (Finance) from IIMs, ISB, and experience in leadership role, with good academic record.  - 10-15 years of experience in financial domain with minimum 5 Years of experience in similar role.  - Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication   Skills :   - Fund raise experience is compulsory.  - Working experience in a product based startup in B2B segment is desired but not compulsory.  - Strong grip on accounting principles, statutory and regulatory affairs  - Deep understanding of Indian, direct and in-direct taxation landscape. Global is a plus  - Exposure to managing different structures for India, overseas is even better  - Have managed a team in the past, including hiring and training  - Work experience with Big 4 on regulatory and taxation is good to have.
