Exp (2-10 years)
- Formulate sales strategies for the Stores channel in the region.
- Managing of Campaigns across GT & MT Stores.
- Managing Agencies & Salesman.
- Managing Couponing and merchandising at all GT & MT outlets.
- Train & Lead the team of Agency Salesman.
- Provide trade information, competitor's activities at MT Chain through MIS on Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half yearly and Yearly basis
- Responsible for all relationships in key GT customers & Agencies.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must posses Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills.
- Willingness to travel.
