Location - Bangalore

Job Description/ Key Deliverables

Understand and analyze user needs and translate into business requirements

Manage reporting tools to gauge web performance traffic and engagement metrics

Identify site optimization goals & deliver key insights to business

Conduct research on markets and competitors and provide insights on emerging trends

Hands on analysis role

Desired Skills/ Competencies

Need to have very-very sharp analytical skills

Likes to work with numbers

Enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems

Strong capacity for logical thinking

Strong Excel skills preferred

Prior experience working on analytical models like predictive models would be a plus

Prior experience in internet/e-commerce industry would be a plus

Desired Experience (No. of Years) - 2-5 yrs

Desired Academics - B.Tech from Tier 1 institutes like IITs or MBA from Tier 1 business schools like IIMs

Desired Target Companies/ sectors - People working in e-commerce/internet firms in analytics roles, or people from other industries working in analytics function
