Job Description for Quantitative Analyst:

Quant Capital
The analyst is expected to perform quantitative analytics for designing execution strategies for the institutional clients such as VWAP, TWAP , POV, Implementation ShortFall etc.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Preferably an engineering degree.

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Desired Skill Set:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- An understanding of financial markets is a plus

- Ability to process large chunks of data and designing analytic framework for optimizing execution startegies

- Mandatory: Proficiency in Matlab/R and Database design /programmming in Mysql database
