1. High Initiative and Enthusiasm to drive improvements and quality culture

2. Effective verbal and written Communication Skill

3. Prioritizing and Organizing skills

4. Ability to mentor Green Belts to successfully run Six Sigma and or Lean projects

5. Process Compliance Auditing Skills

6. Analytical and problem solving skills

7. Exposure to quality management systems

8. Hands-on with Minitab, Visio, Excel, PPT, other MS office tools, other presentation & project management tools

9. Analytical and Logical Thinking

10. Reporting and Co-ordination

Additional or Desirable Skills are as below:

1. Service quality exposure in data & Voice processes preferably in Tech / Semi Tech / IT infrastructure Managed Services space

2. ITIL Certified Or Exposure to ITIL concepts
