Required Work Authorization: H1B / EAD / Green Card / US Citizen  Level of Position: Manager / Sr. Manager / Associate Director / Director  Role & Responsibilities:  - 60% Pre-sales and 40% QA Program Management   - Initiate and support new sales calls   - Understand client's business environment to identify business opportunities   - Scope the assignment and provides appropriate estimates   - Close deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing   - Articulate capabilities in the solution space   - Disseminate information in required formats to concerned stakeholders   - Ensure the documentation (RFI, RFP, Approach Notes, etc.) sent to clients are aligned to their needs   - Perform win-loss analysis for proposals submitted   - Liaison with pre sales teams/ delivery heads to propose appropriate solutions, after identifying a market opportunity.   - Seek relevant collateral and market intelligence from marketing   - Network with product companies to further develop or design tools for their customers   - Build relationships with the alliance partners to identify market opportunities   - Prepare forecasts and presales plans for the region   - Track performance against set targets  Requirements:   - Domain expertise in Healthcare / Insurance is must   - Experience range : 10-12 years   - Hands on experience in Assurance/Testing PreSales and setting up of large TCoEs  - Go getter attitude, with flexibility to travel.In depth knowledge in Testing, QA, Test Automation, Test Center   - Excellence Setup with hands on experience,   - Experience in driving large proposals, RFP Solution responses and Customer workshops  - Experience in working in an Onsite Offshore model  - Ability to create solutions and provide guidance to the team  - Excellent presentation skills   - Excellent communication skills Good deal of agility, flexibility and willingness to travel
