Critical to this is the ability to work independently.  Be a pool of knowledge of business to enhance a team's understanding of a given legacy process.  Play a critical role in defining business needs, coach Inside Sales Representatives as per business requirements, and software functionality  Roles & Responsibilities:  Will be responsible for escalating deviations in processes/practices, driving a higher level of customer conversation to build the relationship of a trusted advisor in the Depth account space.  Will be responsible for escalating deviations in processes/practices, driving an effective program driven conversation in the Breadth space  Work with Team Leads/Regional Leads to provide inputs on people performance to take corrective action   Ability to map business requirements to Product Capability  Self driven with clear approach/roadmap on what needs to be done  Responsible for coaching coverage for all under span   Able to help Inside Sales Representatives to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement if needed  Soft skills coaching, sales conversation coaching with the right pitch for solutions   Call Monitoring and Call Calibration with the Leads and giving feedback for scope of improvement for the Inside Sales Executives / Inside Sales Account Managers  Qualifications  Required Skill Set:  Good interpersonal skills required to liaise with Regional teams  Good attitude and interest in running the extra mile  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.   4 - 5 years QA Experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales Process  Multi-tasking ability helpful  Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills  Applicant must be able to work independently and as a team member.  Should have excellent Domain Knowledge  He/ She should have Business Process Expertise  Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Large/SME Business  Additional information:  Shifts and Offs - It would be a fixed day shift 9AM to 6PM and Saturday, Sunday fixed off (No Cab Facility)  Other Benefits - Medical Insurance + Performance Linked Incentives + Variables (Paid Quarterly)  Job Location - Udyog Vihar, Phase - VI, Gurgaon, Haryana
