Passion for building teams  - Demonstrated contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, staffing, marketing, branding.  - Actively involved in mentoring and training junior team-members.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Act as the first point of HR contact for local team and assist in all HR related matter   - Work with Bangalore team, local leaders, and US HR team to streamline HR policies and process within the group.  - Provide key support to Management in recruiting efforts including lateral hiring (through the recruitment agencies, employee referrals etc) and Campus hiring.  - Manage and maintain employee life cycle from pre-hire process, formal onboarding, new hire training, and induction to ongoing HR support for the existing employees, provide salary input for payroll and handle off-boarding activities for leavers  - Ensure compliance under various HR regulations, labour / employements laws etc.   - Provide Global Mobility support to the team including assistance in various Visa and travel matters, act as link between the Bangalore and the US global Mobility team and local team  - Work with local managers and directors in Learning & Developing points for staff, identify the training needs of the team and work with local vendors and National L&D team to support the L&D infrastructure within the team  - Work with local leaders and US Demand manager on staffing issues. Provide assistance to Demand Manager in keeping the staffing records up-to-date  - Work with US HR Director and provide support to the local team in Benefits Administration including Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, corporate credit card etc  - Own and manage annual and mid-year performance review cycle. Provide support to the US Talent Manager with Annual Review Committee (ARC) process and support managers through the entire process of annual reviews and reward.  - Support, initiate and manage various Employee Recognition Program within the group for the team, for example, WRGP, Global Mobility Experience Program etc  - Supporting the team in other various Ad-hoc HR and Administration related tasks  - Work with Admin resource to ensure compliance with all aspects of facilities management and administration.
