PwC - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Business Analyst - Core Banking

- Strong domain knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Commercial, Cards, Digital)

- Strong domain knowledge of non-banking finance operations including retail assets/Mortgage/ corporate finance

- Experience of implementing/ advising Core Banking Solution - Preferably Finacle v10.x / Flexcube v12.x /Temenos T24 R12/ R14

- Experience of implementing CRM /Lead Management

- Experience of implementing lending systems (LOS and LMS)

- Experience of integration/ merger of financial institutions

- Business analysis experience with functional understanding and exposure of working on enterprise-wide systems

- Meetings and discussions with stakeholders to understand and capture their business and functional requirements

- Translating business requirements and preparing BRDs, process maps & process designs

- Understand business processes (banking) along with an understanding of the IT architecture and systems landscape

- Organize and lead requirement walk-through for business stakeholders, vendor team, IT teams, client internal teams working on the project

- Drives best-practice, recommend end-to-end solution design and data flow architecture (across multiple channels, platforms and data sources) based on business needs

- Experience in test planning, strategy and execution

- Engage with relevant IT staff and/or business to clarify/understand the requirements and propose solutions

- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with responsibility for overall client relationship management during the project
