Job Description :  - Handling wide gamut of tasks involved in sales, profitability, inventory, vendor development and Margin fixation of International/Dairy/Frozen Non Veg Category, chef zone & Block chocolates Now.  - Provide support to a category Head   - Vendor management, Vendor identification, VRF, Price master Mapping, Article master Mapping   - Addressing vendor Issues, Supply Issue & Store Issues.  - Terms of trades finalization with vendors (Gross Margin, Credit days, Vendor backed Promotion - leading to good sales & Net margin.  - Timely Coordinating with Key Account Managers of Vendors  - New Product launches.  - Ensuring timely release of Purchase orders.   - Proper Offer Updation in NEW POS.  - Coordinating with VM for Proper Execution of VM elements.   - Timely Payments of Vendors for smooth Replenishment.  - Inventory Management & Control - At DC (Ware House) & Stores, Weekly MBQ(Minimum base quantity) working.   - Additional Income - Listing Fees, Visibility Income.  - Increase set margin & Contribution of international Category in Food.  - International product training at store level.  - Store communication for In-store celebrations/Offers/Prizes.   - Tracking of fill rate & Share fill rate reports to Brands.  - Share weekly International sales reports to stores & concern categories  Ankit Vaise Senior Consultant
