Purpose:  - The Social Media Monitoring Analyst will work closely with the Pru UK Social Media Marketing Head to lead the efforts in social media monitoring and website analytics for key stakeholders across the UK business.   - The Social Media Analyst is responsible for implementing social media strategies for stakeholders. The Social Media Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of stakeholders campaigns, specific to social media.  Key Functional Areas of Responsibility :  - Create a succinct point of view on the benefits of social media monitoring to share with stakeholders  - Develop and execute social media monitoring and Web analytics measurement plans based on objectives and identify key performance indicators  - Create social media monitoring and Web analytics reports to measure campaign performance and ongoing online initiatives  - Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with business goals and benchmarks  - Partner with Social Media Head and the Marketing Community to communicate the value of social media monitoring  - Partner with Social Media Head to architect social media and website content strategies based on insights gathered through social media monitoring and Web analytics  - Educate key stakeholders across the business about how to most effectively curate social media content and identify resource gaps to achieve proposed social media content strategies  - Monitor and analyze all agency interactive initiatives through our website, social media profiles and mobile presence  - Partner with Digital Marketing to support in SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans  - Audit of the organisation's top competitors on social media for comparative analysis, to assess their presence on social media, what channels they prefer to use and how active they are.   - Determine what channels are best placed influencing, partnering and/or creating a presence in order to position our different sales channels.  - Potentially manage and help to create content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)  - Keeping an eye on social media best practices and develop action plans to adapt them to our business.  - Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Traackr, etc.) and popular social media management tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc.)  - Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools  - Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, and website administrations  Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
