Job Responsibility : -

- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics

- Demonstrate the ability to evaluate, synthesize, organize and interpret data and information.

- Identify areas of business risk, potential technical problems, and opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of the client’s overall business processes.

- Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business strategy, objectives, controls and policies in place to implement and measure results.

- Use supervisory role to train and develop both the engagement and client personnel

- Holds prior project management and supervisory skills

- Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

- Instill a service commitment in team by demonstrating team effort, sharing responsibility and modeling good listening skills.

- Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

- Strong analytical skills

- Open to travel.

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required -

- Understanding of current accounting (GAAP) and auditing (GAAS) principals

- Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT)

- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting

- Knowledge of SOX Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance

IT Skills -

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

Qualification: -

- CA(May 10 - Nov 11)

- MBA(Cleared in 2010/2011)
