Experience:  - Candidate must have a prior experience of 6+ yrs in various aspects of HR function.  Overall Responsibility:  - The role is Generalist HR role with responsibilities in the following areas:  a) Performance Management   b) Campus placements  c) Learning & Development  d) Employee Engagement   e) Internal Communication   Some of the main responsibilities include:  - Work with the business leads to identify, conceptualize and support HR interventions in the areas of learning & development, employee engagement and internal communication, as and when required  - Overseeing the entire lateral recruitment cycle for the businesses, right from ensuring the requirements are captured correctly and being worked upon to closing out all the positions within the stipulated time frame and cost  - Handling end-to-end campus recruitment process for all business lines  - Supporting the entire PMS process including performance discussions, counseling sessions, compensation reviews etc.  - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.  - Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.  - Organized, able to handle multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail.  Required Technical Knowledge & Skills:  - Should have sound knowledge of various HR concepts  - Self motivated with a proactive approach.  - Confident and good analytical skills  - Should be proficient in Microsoft office.  - Strong Inter personnel Skills.  - Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) and excellent presentation skills.  - Excellent time management skills.  - Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress.  Educational & Professional Credentials:  - Post graduate/Graduate in any stream  Location: Gurgaon
