Protiviti - Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant - Internal Audit - Telecom

Designation: Senior Consultant/AM-Internal Audit(Telecom Audit-Network)

Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of Network Audit and Telecom consulting projects

- Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and controls in Telecom Networks.

- Prepare presentations and audit proposals as required for client engagements.

- Prepare detailed audit reports, working papers, and minutes of meetings as part of engagement documentation.

- Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships.

- Assist seniors & managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.

- Create a positive learning culture, coaches, and counsels and develops junior team members.

- Identify & escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements.

Skills/Education Required:

- Excellent understanding of 2G/3G Network architectures (RF prediction tools; Traffic and Capacity Dimensionless; features & parameters; tools for data collection & handling; command handling, alarm detection & trouble shooting)

- LTE knowledge will be considered a plus.

- Good knowledge of IP/MPLS Planning, design and Security. Understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers & firewall.

- Applied knowledge of complex Telecom Network design & operational problems.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & oral communication skills.

- Proven track record of meeting objectives.

- Good MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project skills for performing work assignments.

- Ability to work with people from various backgrounds.

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Telecom Engineering) required.

- Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments. [Both Domestic & International Markets].

- Should have a valid passport & should be willing to travel for at least 4 to 6 months a year to Middle East.
