Online Marketing Manager/ Paid Marketing Manager  Responsibilities & Skills   - Perform analysis on website traffic & conversions, identify important funnel, generate actionable insights and provide recommendations for improvement.   - Define and track relevant conversion metrics for on-line marketing campaigns, Should be able to analyse the effect of campaigns, pre-post analysis, test vs. control group analysis.   - Adopt a test and learn approach to marketing. Partner with Quant team/Marketing to adopt a more scientific approach to marketing.   - Monitor, analyze, summarize and report online product campaign delivery & performance metrics on weekly basis for both individual campaigns and in aggregate   - Work in collaboration with teams across geo locations and Web Analytics teams to ensure all online and email campaigns are tracked comprehensive and accurate metrics   Skills & Qualifications   - B. Tech from IIT or equivalent institiute.  - MBA from IIM (preferred but not mandatory)  - Min 4 years of experience in Online Marketing.   - Should have worked on atleast one of the following and should have exposure to all of them: SEM, SEO, affiliate/partner marketing, email, remarketing, social media marketing.   - Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and other online web analytics tools a must. Should understand tagging structure and best practices. Knowledge of SQL is a definite plus.   - Proactive, creative problem solver with a need & affinity for telling campaign performance stories through data   - Should be familiar with ecommerce business and ecommerce metrics : conversions, listings, sell through, buying funnels etc.   - Excellent excel and MS-Office skills.
