Role:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for a growing base of sophisticated investors all over the country and eventually the world

- Guide investors through our investment process from start to finish, including phone calls to investors regarding their suitability to invest on our platform.

- Manage investor payments, documents, and distributions

- Assist in implementing and maintaining our investor reporting system as well as certain key performance metrics

- Market new investment offerings and company newsletters to our investors and provide property updates on existing investments

- Prepare reports, presentations and analyses as needed

- Explore ways to improve the investor experience, increase engagement and constantly think of how to improve our internal processes.

Skills Required:

- High integrity

- Exceptional relationship-building skills

- Relevant work experience in sales, finance, real estate, or related field (preferred)

- Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution

- Strong computing skills including advanced Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint

- Obsessive attention to detail, with a reliable, consistent and positive approach to work

- Willingness and eagerness to accept responsibility and a - can-do- attitude

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- An interest in fintech and more specifically online investment marketplaces.
