JOB PURPOSE / ROLE JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

- Prepare, Maintain, Monitor, co-ordinate and communicate detailed project master schedules using MS-Project, Schedule Manager (Team center).

- Implement Sub Schedule (Schedule received from respective Center of Competencies and Functions) and align to Master Schedule and monitor ongoing progress.

- Maintain Schedule forecast throughout the project by verifying the schedules are properly updated and linked to master schedules.

- Support Project Leads during project meetings (Taking minutes and keeping records)

- Report progress of schedules at Project meetings, monthly forecast and status report updates.

- Support project team with necessary training for making sub schedule whenever needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in proposal preparation and presentations as required.

- He supports to model project leaders

- He helps in monitoring all items in the target agreement and escalate to Project Leads and Model Line Head in case of deviation.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION BACKGROUND

- Graduation in Mechanical Engg.

OTHER DESIRED EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY):

- Excellent knowledge of software like MS-Project, MS-Office, Team center schedule Manager, including resource and management loading.
