Project Manager - SAP Hybris Developer - eCommerce

My client is now looking for SAP consultants with experience in SAP Hybris/eCommerce to join a big group of companies.

Mandatory Requirements :

1. Project Management in software development life cycle within E-commerce space.

2. 5-6 years of experience in the above role

3. Added benefit if he/she has worked in past on SAP hybris platform.

Should have expertise across the ecommerce domain, including extensive experience with the Hybris ecommerce platform, as well integrations with critical business systems including SAP or other ERP solutions and web content management systems.

Experience in building complex Business Process Flows related to eCommerce across industries.

Ability to arrive at best fit of ecommerce platform for the given high level requirements of business.

Required Skills:

- Must have experience working on projects building and implementing core ecommerce systems on the SAP Hybris platform.

- 5+ years of project management experience working on large scale systems (SAP ERP, Order Management, CRM etc) integration technology projects.

- Experience of eCommerce Software Delivery Lifecycle.

- Ability to work with third party platform development partners and large SI- s, manage multiple task assignments.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint).

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

- Lead project planning, mobilize and managed large size project team.

- Experience and knowledge of B2C ecommerce business environment is a must.

Job Brief: The Agile Project Manager will work with third party implementation partner to build core ecommerce platform. He will be primarily responsible for the overall project planning, coordination, control and delivery of technology projects using Agile project management framework. He will be responsible to work at ground zero level with different project team's at implementation partners end. He will define the high-level requirements scope and for managing that scope throughout the project. He will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating regular governance meetings throughout the various project life cycle phases, keeping the implementation team focused on their delivery goals, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement. This role requires very hard, intense and frequent interaction with outsourced implementation partner, who will be building the core ecommerce platform.
