Qualification: B.Tech or MCA

Experience: 7 to 9 years

Skills:

Understanding of Project Management techniques such as Scope, Effort Estimation, Time & Cost estimation, Quality Assurance, Human Resource Management, Risk Assessment, Stakeholder Management.

Understanding of WBS, RTM, Scheduling Methods, Earned Value Management,Quality Tools etc.

Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Strong experience of working on Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Asana, OrangeScrum etc.

Good understanding of MS Office Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

Leadership Skills, Time Management, Budgeting Skills, Analytical

Skills, Vendor Management Skills

Ability to define Process,execute and improve upon existing processes

Proven working experience as a project manager for multiple software projects.

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills

PMP Certification

Roles and Responsibility

Plan, Budget, Oversee and Document all aspects of Projects

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems,tools and technique.
