Project Manager

Experience: 6 to 10 years

No. of Positions: 2

Location : Bangalore (MG Road)

Job Description:

- Program Management and Client Coordination

- Provide guidance and direction to project team members

- Track and Review team’s performance by conducting periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives

- Interact with account manager on status of new opportunities and other engagement updates

- Preparing weekly status reports and project dashboards

- Staffing the engagements including identifying right resources from own and collaboration teams

- Ensuring process adherence and compliance to ISO process requirements

- Risk management and Periodic Analysis of key risks and various challenges in the engagement

- Responsible for Project Quality adherence

- Candidate should be go getter, entrepreneurial, committed and extremely deadline focused. It is expected that the candidate will go beyond defined roles and contribute to growing the company's business.

- Experience managing multiple clients

- Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast changing environment

- Strong with process compliance and process enforcement.

- Experience with Agile processes is a plus.

- Working with different time zones

- Experience in managing teams of up to 15 people

- Experience in Browser based business or consumer applications

- Understands Internet economy

- Experience with Java projects is mandatory.
