- We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for Budgeting, organisation, implementation and scheduling of the projects. Responsible for overall construction.   - Scheduling projects, monitoring construction progress, securing permits and budgeting site finances.Responsible and accountable to ensure that the project is completed successfully on time, within budget and with quality & safety.  - To maintain, track and update the project plan and to formally provide regular progress milestones check to Project Manager and be the face of the organisation to our customer and external stakeholders at the Project site level.   - To conduct Daily/weekly project status meetings with the team & other stake holders, and to document all decisions / outcomes.  - To maintain and manage problem / issues log and resolutions   - To manage resources and provide appropriate direction and feedback as required   - To manage the project team including setting performance expectations, measurement and resolving disciplinary problems .  - Manage multiple external vendors, contractors and business partners  - Construction, QC, HSE. Material, Manpower, budget etc.  - Responsible In obtaining a necessary resources, materials, and engineering deliverable for the successful execution of the Project.  - Coordinate arrangements between key personnel and sub-contractors to provide appropriate work site access to all parties.
