Required Education Bachelor's degree  Other Requirements Construction-related work experience  Jon Description  - control the time, cost and quality of the existing large construction projects  - plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendor  - determining the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines.   - negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers.   - manage statutory requirements at the site with support from the legal experts  - monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.   - must ensure that a project is completed according to schedule, by resolving problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays.  Target profile  Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Structural Engineering is preferred)   20 - 25 years of experience in managing large construction projects.  Ability to speak and read Bangla will be an added advantage  Must have handled construction of high end commercial properties, 5 star hotels, malls, etc  Must have managed top notch consultants and construction contractors
