This is on site Opportunity for Abu Dhabi for CMM Level 5 Company.  Project Manager for Banking Vertical  Band : B7   Job Description  - Project Manager for Banking Analytics engagement is expected to bring strong Project Management capability, with domain expertise in BFSI analytics. This role involves analyzing business problems, facilitate / create statistical models, adherence to delivery timelines, creation and delivery of presentations/documents/reports to stakeholders. PM is expected to lead teams comprising of Data Miners, Data Analyst, Business Analyst and manage and mentor others in advanced analytics and coordinate project tasks with other IBM teams and manage offshore / onshore execution	  Responsibilities  - Thinking strategically about the uses of data and how data use can benefit or impact business outcomes.  Lead IBM’s campaign analytics team for a client in the Middle East  - Provide necessary thought leadership with the Marketing Head as well as with the Product Managers, on the different campaigns that can be executed  - Ensure execution and tracking of these campaigns  - Formulate business problems, understand statistical solutions/models and provide results & recommendations  - Provide client with status reports, business benefits on initiatives and activity roadmap aligned to broad project plan  - Single point of contact for onshore assignments – liaison between customer and offshore team for smooth delivery   - Handle Implementation of predictive models by interacting with other IBM teams  - Support or Lead single/multiple projects independently   Other responsibilities include:  - Timely delivery (coordinating with onsite/ off-site team depending on the need) of the project Ensuring high quality deliverables and smooth day-to-day operations of projects   - Resolving all project-related client and team issues   - Adherence to all compliance requirements.  - Supporting Account Managers in ensuring continuous project engagement with the client   - Providing inputs to the delivery manager  - Providing support to Practice Management & Pre-Sales 	 	 Essential skills  - Experience with the Marketing team of a Retail Bank is a must  - Strong project management skills required  - Experience in creating resource plan, project plans, project schedule and status reports required  - Logical ability to visualize and leverage data to predict business outcomes and help in decision making  - Solid background in Data Mining and Business Intelligence with experience in Banking domain.   - Experience in statistical and data analysis in one or more of the following areas is essential:  - Data analytics with familiarity in quantitative techniques like logistic regression, decision trees, linear regression, segmentation etc.  - Text Analytics  - Scorecard building  - Identifying and defining KPIs to track results, performance of operations, campaigns etc.  - Campaign management  - Hands-on experience in data handling and statistical tools like SQL, SPSS, SAS etc.  Other Requirements  - Should be a fast learner and a self starter.  - Must possess excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills (both verbal & written)   - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills  - Flexible and adaptable to change and ability to multitask  - Ability to work with minimal supervision  - Should be open to travel, both domestic as well as internationally  - Should be able to engage with customers on functional or business discussions  Experience  - Professional analytics experience & Project Management experience of 7 – 10 years, primarily associated with Banking and Financial services industry  - Banking domain knowledge is required. Banking domain knowledge could be in the areas of marketing, originations, appraisal process, foreclosures, fraud, payment, collections, risk etc. in retail banking including cards, mortgages.   - Experience in Marketing analytics and familiarity with Customer lifecycle/ customer strategy/ CRM will be an advantage  - Experience as a Data Miner in a consulting company / Analytics division in a bank is desirable	  Educational qualifications	  - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering. Econometrics, finance, computing, statistics background is desirable  - Post Graduation, preferably MBA from top MBA institutes with majors in Finance.
