Required : Projects Manager  Responsibilities:  Operational Efficiency & Quality:  - Handle & execute volume  - Cost projections & rate realization  - Effective scheduling  - Liaising with clients and other functions  - Conduct defect prevention meetings and track corrective actions  - Provide hygiene and accountability through a number-driven objective approach  - Work with the client proactively on potential issues to avoid into escalations/complaints  - In the event of a complaint or concern, enter this into the CMS, implement interventions to address the complaint or concern, and track it to closure  Desired Profile:  - Full time MBA OR 1 Year Resident EMBA ONLY .
