Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis :

- Research to understand data points required to produce a certain result or data analysis

- Business Analysis, Project Management and Change Management within a Universal banking environment

EUC Skills :

- Expertise in MS Excel, Word & Power point

- Creating meaningful, smart & effective Power point decks

Qualification Requirement :

- Essential Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering MBA and/or CA from a premier Institute or Graduate with significant relevant experience.

- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certified Preferred Project

Experience Requirement :

- Essential Minimum 7 to 10 years with at least 5 years in Banking/Financial Services/Consultancy Preferred Significant experience in Banking Domain &Improvements Projects.

- Relevant work experience as Internal or External Consultant at least two Banks and having worked in key transformation/change projects in functional areas like Retail Operations, Trade Finance & Operations, Banking Front Office,

- Commercial Banking, MIS/EIS, Customer Services. Project Management, Team Leading Experience in a banking change environment

- Good working knowledge of Banking Financials and Cost analysis & management is a must Solutions delivery orientation will be a key differentiator.

- Ability to source, collate and quantitative analysis of data, distilling to the essence required and interpreting it to seek cause and effect relationships

- Problem solving and leadership skills to meet the need of using a blend of intuition and analysis, ability to multi-task and have a balance between the strategic and operational focus

- Ability bring the strategy down to operational level and articulate what it means at the lowest levels of the Bank Ability to view issues from various angles and build alternative views.

- Ability to influence people using these disparate views.

- Good communication skills, business writing, presentation skills both oral and written that help promote clarity and present persuasive options.

- Should be able to interact with stakeholders across businesses and all levels of the Bank Willing to travel and work out of remote locations for projects

Technical Skills Preferred :

- Process analysis, documentation and enhancement using methodologies like LEAN,Six Sigma, BPR of at least a trained Black Belt level

- Stakeholder and Communication Management; Strong people and relationship management skills

- Overall Project Management & Execution, including
