Project Head - Real Estate

Our client is looking for a Project Head to be based at Dubai for managing their luxury residential high rise tower project.

- Minimum of 5 years Dubai/UAE experience must in managing such a project.

- Successful track record in managing construction projects luxury residential (high-rise) buildings.

- Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization.

- Proactive communication with internal and external business partners at all levels and the ability to manage through influence when needed.

- Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize projects and tasks; work independently.
