A highly empowering and enriching work environment.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Be the focal point of the projects by supporting the leadership in all aspects of project work, while managing and directing junior team members.   Work collaboratively with senior team to drive excellence in all work and service delivered to clients Take the lead on smaller projects generated.   Build client relationships and work towards generating projects. Moderate and manage fieldwork in front of clients with confidence.   Manage and support junior teams, coach and inspire them.   Understand project objectives and support leadership in managing the full team to achieve them.   Assist in leading analysis sessions, and direct juniors to ensure that all necessary material is prepared for this. Help the team get the right direction for storytelling and output.   Write the entire debrief on smaller projects, and for bigger projects lead sections or write first drafts, where feasible.   Present findings to internal and external stakeholders with authority.   Proactively develop and lead company's culture building initiatives.   HIRING PROFILE:   4-7 years of overall experience, with at least 2 in qualitative market research, in India.   Experience in ethnography is mandatory.   The rest may be in account planning, consumer marketing.   With a post graduate qualification in business administration, communication, market research, sociology, anthropology.   Conversant, either as a practitioner or user, of modern tools and techniques of market research.   Deep exposure to FMCG categories.   Seeking a long term opportunity to work in the leading edge of consumer research, insights and strategy.   Must be passionate about the role played by understanding culture in building brands and businesses.   Very strong understanding of consumers, brands and culture that results in rich data analysis and interpretation with superior presentation skills.   Someone who can play an important role in cross country projects.   Excellent project management, client facing. team leadership, team playing capabilities.   A deep desire and commitment to create truly outstanding output at all times, and on time.
