Project Coordinator  - Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required  - Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion  - Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality  - Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase and review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards  - Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project  - Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project  - Prepare reports/MIS defining plans, progress, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.  Desired Skills :  - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  - Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience. Strong and tested project management skills, including risk management.  Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools :  - Initiate  - Prepare : definition/scope/requirements  - Execute & Control : scope, work plans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc.  - Close : completion and assessment  - Understands who the client is and what the client's needs are; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction.  - Specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction."  - Certified in Prince2 would be an added advantage & Candidate from Publishing or Media background would be more preferred
