Company and Position Summary:  We are looking for sharp, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset for one of our clients which is a leading micro payments company in India - Indepay  - The position is a key executive responsible for driving the group’s CEO program plan and corporate development activity in India  - He / She would work with the Function Head of Business Group   Key Responsibilities:  - Helping in creation and integration of multiple project plans prior to kickoff, across all initiatives in Indepay, on a continuous basis  - Implementing effective Program Management processes for a start-up company  - Experience in conceptualizing a detailed project plan across diverse entities with deliverable cross-linkages  - Plan and coordinate key project activities like client coordination, logistics, finance and communication  - Liaison and responsible for sustaining on-going relationships with different stakeholders like internal teams, external vendors, implementation partners, service providers, Government Departments, Banks etc  - Timely escalation of issues and bottlenecks, and monitoring the implementation status of resolution actions  - Work with work-streams and functions to continually monitor completion of activities & deliverables (as a third party)  - Compilation of Program Plans and reporting to business heads, stakeholders  - Conduct review meetings and develop monthly action plans and submit to business heads  - Complete ownership of program assigned  - Schedule and coordinate program meetings and ensure ownership of key action items  - Track Project costs and budget and create regular reports  - Ensure proper documentation of all program documents including program reports, invoices, vendor payments and client communication  - Generating and handling MIS, Knowledge of MS Project, MS Access, MS Excel, etc is mandatory  Education: Post-graduates, MBAs Preferred  Years of Experience:  - 2 to 6 years experience preferably in Project Management /Telecom Retail Network Roll out / Strategy Role in financial services company  - Past experience in monitoring the portfolio of activities & deliverables across a project life cycle will be beneficial  Skills:  - Good Communication Skills  - Good Negotiation Skills  - Multi-tasking skills  - Leadership Skills  - Team Building Skills  Personal Attributes:  - Self starter with positive attitude  - Quick & superior learning ability  - Ability to Work independently with minimal supervision
