Warehouse Transformation programs help organizations transform warehouse operations through a KPI based approach that is driven from ThinkLink’s know-how of warehouse environments.   - To ensure world class warehouses operating at benchmark KPIs, our teams help set up SOPs, Audit Programs, set up Best Demonstrated Practices, run training and facilitation to support a Continuous Improvement Culture and setting up of Best Demonstrated Practices. This is typically accompanied by a number of other operational levers to support improvement across the board in design, productivity, customer service, quality, safety, infrastructure and statutory compliance.  Responsibilities and Job Requirements:  - Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Consultant will be responsible for business transformation and / or business improvement projects.   - Successful candidates will be able to leverage continuous improvement tools and methodologies to clearly define the business’s current state transactional value streams, driving out waste, redundant/broken processes and improving overall process execution.   Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels, creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator helping to drive the Client’s Warehouse Transformation goals  - Conducting Assessment of client processes  - Training client employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies  - Implement solutions that will drive process improvement and sustain long term benefits.  - Develop and implement performance metrics for core work processes and define continuous improvement performance targets.  - Conducting organization level reviews of process improvement initiatives  Education Requirements   - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT’s & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges only)  - MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)  - Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)  Experience Requirements  - 2-4 years of prior experience of working in Supply Chain/ Logistics/Manufacturing domain  - Experience in Operational Excellence environment and executing process improvement projects in a Lean / Six Sigma capacity in a transactional setting and/or supply chain/distribution setting a definite plus.   - Formal Lean training and experience with Value Stream Management tools, kaizen methods and other key Lean tools and methodologies considered a plus  - Certified Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma Black Belt a plus  Personal Characteristics  - Hard Working and Confident  - High on Integrity  - Willingness to “do what it takes”  - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client  - Impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach  - Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities  Skill and Knowledge Requirements  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.  - Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Power point)  To apply please write to careers@ThinkLink-SCS.com with an updated CV, current location and current compensation details
