It's core competencies lie in rating and charging, converged billing, customer experience management, interconnect billing and customer care. Its products address wireless, fixed line, satellite, WiMAX, MVNO and broadband providers across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa  JD:-  - Delivery & Program Management within an Agile environment   - Coordinating work across multiple teams in multiple locations   - Release planning and reporting across Billing / CRM / CAI segments for U10 programs  - Promoting an agile way of working and supporting a culture of continuous improvement  - Working towards process excellence facilitation and coaching  - Managing relationship with Stakeholders  - Working with the production support team to address any urgent issues  - People management  - Planning the level of Department  - Engaging in the recruiting and resourcing initiatives   - 10-15 years- experience in Telecommunication / IT business with a deep understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) technology in general and especially concerning BSS portfolio.  - Extensive experience in working on large scale, multi-location and multi-team projects  - Financial/budget management experience  - Agile experience in working with multiple teams  - People management skills and experience  - Very good written and spoken English  - Ability to plan and organize workload  - Ability to travel (up to 15%) Additional assets:  - Masters Degree or equivalent  - English (fluent or native)  - PMI certified
